Software, Products & Service Policies
All software and services provided by Datfuslab are delivered on an “as-is” basis, including CRM systems, websites, mobile applications, admin panels, dashboards, hosting services, integrations, and messaging services.
Password Security. Clients must update their passwords periodically. Datfuslab is not responsible for unauthorized access due to weak, old, or shared passwords.
Third-Party API & Dependency Disclaimer. Datfuslab integrates external APIs such as Payment Gateways, WhatsApp APIs, SMS services, email gateways, OTP services, and cloud services. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, policy changes, or failures caused by any third-party provider.
Server Crash, Hosting Failure & Data Loss. Datfuslab is not responsible for server issues, cloud failures, or data loss. Clients must take regular backups of all data. Failure to back up data is entirely at the client’s risk.
No Refund Policy. All payments for software licenses, CRM subscriptions, AMC, development work, hosting, digital services, or any product are non-refundable under all circumstances. Clients must request demos or trials before purchasing.
