This Privacy Policy explains how Datfuslab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Datfuslab”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you access or use our website, CRM systems (including MyDonation CRM), software products, mobile applications, digital services, or any associated platforms.

This policy describes our data practices. Where consent is required, we request it separately; using our website or contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to WhatsApp marketing.

WhatsApp User Privacy Policy
This section applies when you contact Datfuslab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on WhatsApp or use our WhatsApp Business messaging services and integrations, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Users can log in to use our WhatsApp Business service through the Donexia CRM portal at donexia.in/crm. This policy covers personal information processed through that portal in connection with the WhatsApp service and should be read together with the rest of this Privacy Policy.
- Information we receive: Your WhatsApp phone number or user identifier, profile name where available, messages, attachments and other information you choose to send, and messaging records such as timestamps, delivery/read status, and consent or opt-out preferences. For users of the Donexia CRM portal and connected business accounts, we may also process account and login information, business account identifiers, and configuration information needed to provide and secure the integration.
- How we use it: To respond to inquiries, provide customer support, deliver requested services and transactional updates, operate messaging integrations, and maintain messaging security. Information received through WhatsApp is used as reasonably necessary to support those communications. Promotional messages are sent only with your opt-in permission.
- Consent and opting out: You may withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP, asking us to stop messaging you, or emailing info@datfuslab.com. We respect requests made both on and off WhatsApp and stop subsequent messages covered by your opt-out. You may also block our business in WhatsApp. Opting out does not automatically delete records already held.
- Sharing and service providers: WhatsApp/Meta and the service providers involved in hosting, delivering, or supporting the messaging service may process the information needed to perform those functions. Authorized staff may access conversations to provide support. We do not sell or rent WhatsApp user data, share customer conversations with other customers, or use it for unrelated advertising. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet legal obligations as described in this policy.
- Client business communications: When a client business uses our software to communicate with its customers, that business determines the purpose of its messages and is responsible for obtaining permission and providing its own privacy notice. Datfuslab processes messaging data on that business's behalf to provide the service. Contact the sending business for requests about its use of your information; you may also contact us for assistance with data processed through our systems.
- Retention and security: We retain WhatsApp information only for as long as needed to provide the messaging service, handle support requests, or meet applicable legal and security requirements. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it. Any retained records remain subject to the safeguards in this policy.
- Access, correction and deletion: Email info@datfuslab.com with the subject WhatsApp Privacy Request and the WhatsApp number associated with your request. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before acting and explain any information that must be retained for legal obligations or unresolved service matters. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial request.
- Sensitive information: Please do not send passwords, full payment card or bank account numbers, or government identity numbers through WhatsApp.

Data Retention
We store personal data only as long as required for:
